BROMFORD Flagship has announced the successful completion of its merger between Bromford Housing Group Limited and Flagship Housing Group Limited.

This move aims to unlock the capacity needed to deliver more affordable homes.

The new leadership structure has been confirmed, with Peter Hawes, former chairman of Flagship Group, becoming chair of the board. Robert Nettleton, previously of Bromford, will serve as chief executive officer, and Paul Walsh remains chief finance officer.

The renamed Bromford Flagship Limited, which now owns approximately 80,000 homes including many across the region, plans to deliver 2,000 homes per year for the next 30 years.

Mr Nettleton commented: “The need for affordable homes and quality services is crucial, and this merger gives us the capacity to make a real difference in communities.”
