Letter to the Editor: It is well known that there is an acute shortage of drivers so “be kind” when your Stagecoach bus fails to arrive.

Our older driver the other morning looked really ill with a bad cough, yet he had turned up for work!

Stagecoach has been advertising for drivers with/without an HGV licence.

As for the ROBIN, more like a strictly pre-bookable CROW covering part of the Cotswolds and part of the Forest – some task, it doesn’t do lanes (even though the big double-deckers are often seen in the narrowest weirdest places).
