A PUBLIC health research project has found that there are ‘improvements to be made’ in local provision concerning violent crime in Gloucestershire.

The research project, funded by Police and Crime Commissioner Martin Surl, found that despite a ‘lower-than-average’ rate of violent crime in the county, a ‘multi-agency’ approach is needed to address the issue which has no ‘one-size-fits-all’ fix.
