THE former chairman of the Wye Valley' s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty advisory committee says there are too many signs in the area. Mr Thomas, a former teacher at Whitecross School in Lydney, said the junction where the St Briavels road meets teh A466 from Redbrook -had been a beautiful unspoilt spot for generations but is now a blot on the landscape'.
