IMPROVEMENTS to public toilets in Cinderford and Coleford have now been completed, with the facilities reopening to the public.

However, Cinderford's disabled toilet is experiencing a minor issue with the flush. The replacement part, which is not a standard component, has been ordered and will be fixed in the coming days.

Work on the public toilets in Newent is also progressing, with the upgrade expected to be completed soon. In Lydney, a new round of improvements is set to begin next week. The renovation is scheduled to take around three to four weeks.

The Forest of Dean District Council thanked residents for their patience as the upgrades have been carried out and confirmed that further updates will be provided as work continues.
