A LYDNEY-based garage has been recognised for its customer service and all-round excellence over a 12-month period.

ETB Lydney, representing Exhaust, Tyres and Batteries, is pleased that it has been recognised for its exceptional performance in the automotive service sector in various areas, including sales performance, customer feedback, email collection, and sales campaign engagement. over the past year. 

The Forest Road centre outperformed 52 other locations within the network with ETB Lydney achieving the highest all-round performance. 

Centre manager Justin Davison and his dedicated nine-person team were honoured with an award presented by retail director Paul Nunn. 

Mr Nunn commended the Lydney team for their remarkable dedication and service. He added: “The Lydney team has demonstrated extraordinary commitment to deliverin outstanding customer service. It was a pleasure to present them with this award. Their performance has set a high benchmark for our other centres, and they should be immensely proud of their achievements,” 

Since its establishment in 2020, ETB Lydney has become a cornerstone of the local community.

Mr Davison expressed his pride in the team’s success, stating: “This accolade is a significant acknowledgment of everyone’s hard work and the diverse talents within our team.” 

Katie Rickards, a recent addition to the team, has also made a strong impression in reception.

She noted: “Although the automotive industry is often perceived as male-dominated, we serve many female drivers here. As a Lydney local, it’s wonderful to see familiar faces and provide excellent service. Being part of this close-knit community and making a positive impact is incredibly rewarding.”
