Train services through the Forest of Dean have now returned to normal after a lorry struck a railway bridge near the White Hart Inn in Broadoak earlier today.

The incident caused delays and cancellations on services between Lydney and Cheltenham Spa, but National Rail confirmed the disruption ended shortly after 12:30PM.

The road under the bridge has also reopened.
