VISITORS to the ‘Golden Triangle’ can enjoy free transport to the region’s best daffodil hotspots this month as the Daffodil Line extends its service with special shuttle buses.
The free minibus shuttles will run over three weekends, giving people a chance to see the famous wild daffodils of Dymock, Kempley, and Oxenhall without needing a car.
This year’s daffodil season promises plenty for visitors, with biodiversity projects in Dymock, the 50th anniversary of Kempley’s Daffodil Weekend, and the return of Newent’s Spring Fayre for its second year.
The additional buses have been made possible through funding from Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and the Forest of Dean councils.
Beyond the daffodils, a packed calendar of spring activities includes markets, music, charity runs, and Easter events.
