A FOREST FitSteps instructor who is a finalist in a regional competition is hoping for a final push to help her win.
Lisa Cherry, who began teaching the ‘Strictly’ style dance fitness classes in Coleford and Cinderford three years ago, is one of the final four regional finalists for the Midlands FitStep Instructor Awards 2017.
She is now calling on Forest of Dean residents to vote for her at https://www.fitstepslife.com/p/fitsteps-instructor-fusion-dance-competition-entries .
Lisa said: “I slowly worked away at it and three years on, I teach five classes a week and that is all thanks to FitSteps, my wonderful husband and the dedication, loyalty, hard work and sweat of my very own LVC Fitness FitSteppers.
“My LVC Fitness FitSteppers have built a Community through FitSteps. Within this Community friendships have been formed and social and Charity Events take place.
“This year we did a five hour non stop FitStepathon dancing 10.65 miles and raising over £3000.00 for Breast Cancer Charities.
“I also Volunteer at our local foodbank and whenever anything is needed my FitSteppers are the first to step up to the challenge and help out.”
Voting closes on November 30 and for more information about FitSteps & FitSteps FAB classes in Coleford & Cinderford please contact Lisa on 07909 755222.
