A CINDERFORD man has been fined £660 and ordered to pay a further £354 costs and surcharge for driving a Citroen car on Littledean Hill without insurance.
At Cheltenham Magistrates Court the case against Robert Banu, 26, of Heywood Road, was proved under the Single Justice Procedure. The offence was committed on April 27 this year.
The court imposed six penalty points on his driving licence.
