A CHARITY is offering support for sufferers of eating disorders and their carers during an eight-week course in Cinderford.

National charity TastelifeUK is coming to the Forest in December to provide help and advice for people with eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia or binge eating disorder.

The course currently runs in Cinderford for eight weeks, with each session focusing on different aspects of the illness.

There are resources to take home each week, a video clip of real life stories from recovered sufferers, group discussions, self-awareness exercises and notebooks to log thoughts and ideas.

The next course starts on December 7, with sessions running every Wednesday evening from 6.45pm-9pm.

To attend the course, contact Niki at [email protected] or sign up via the website, www.tastelifeuk.org.
