FRIENDS are planning to release 147 balloons at a special memorial day for talented snooker player Jason Cook.
They are arranging the event at the Oaklands snooker hall in Cinderford where Jason regularly played.
Friends say they want to remember all the positive things about Jason, who was found dead in the woods at Soudley Ponds on Easter Monday.
They plan to honour the memory of the 31-year-old with a family day on May 19.
A group of around a dozen friends are arranging the event and all the money raised will go to Heart of the Forest School which Jason attended.
