DRIVING a BMW car without insurance has cost Ben Dubberley, 39, of All Saints Road, Awre, a six-month ban and £1,014 in fines, costs and surcharges at Cheltenham Magistrates Court.

Dubberley was convicted under the Single Justice Procedure of committing the offence in a BMW 320 on the A40, Cheltenham, on February 5 this year.

The court said it was obliged to impose a six months driving disqualification him because of his repeat offending.
